I couldn't be more pleased with my room addition with Distinctive Design.  Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, competent and professional.  Our project manager, Scott, was very easy-going and listened patiently to all of our thoughts and comments.  The project was completed in the time promised, even though we built in the winter months, and they kept us promptly apprised of the schedule. We are very pleased with the new (17' x 20') deck that Distinctive Design Remodeling built for us in Jan of 2024 under the hipped roof that they previously built for us in Oct of 2022.  Jesse was awesome during the job proposal process.  Jon did a great job of answering any of our questions. Jordan kept us informed constantly during the construction process and resolved any concerns we had. Jesse is great! He went into great detail about the porch we wanted. We researched the company, they have been in business for 16 years. BBB says there have been no disputes.  That said a lot!

We’d give the overall project an A letter grade regarding the design, the project management, being able to handle an extremely large project, walking the talk of a fixed price from start to finish, quality of the materials, staff and work done, ability to have direct access to all the different skill sets required to complete a project with minimal delays. Plus, they offer a 2-year warranty.

This was a major renovation adding 800 square feet plus helping us update/repair things in other parts of this 50-year-old house that we’d tried to have done for decades So DDR can adequately large-scale projects with lots of moving parts as well as smaller projects.

Thanks, DDR, for being such a great partner in helping get a home that we have already lived in for 30 years, ready for our next 20-30 years of our retirement years. We picked the right partner and it is why I proudly kept the DDR sign in my front yard from start to finish. Highly recommend DDR to others.
