My husband and I found out we were having twins in April 2026. We knew immediately that we had to either move houses or find a way to expand our current home. We interviewed a couple different places and DDR truly stood out with all the help and support and quickness in response. They truly were the best option to help with this project and we couldn’t be happier. We initially met with Pat for review of the project. Initially we wanted something completely different but he had the knowledge and experiences to walk us through the project differences. Once we decided on a path forward, he was able to have a quote to us that day so we knew what to expect if we chose to move forward. He was knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions. Once we agreed to move forward with DDR, it was very obvious that this project meant as much to them as it did to us. Our project Manager was Nate and he made the entire process easy, less stressful and kept in contact with us constantly. He was one of the hardest working individuals I’ve ever met, and handled the project so well. If any issue came up, he had it handled and addressed before it even made it to my husband and I. If we had questions or concerns, Nate answered all of them quickly and fully, and even helped us identify other areas that he was looking at. He was fully in charge of the project. Even when I went into the hospital a week earlier than anticipated, he worked to get the addition done so by the time we got home it was ready for our newborns. We added 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to our house, it was a massive project. We have had several people, friends, neighbors and family all express how impressed they are with how quickly and great the addition turned out to be. We definitely made the right choice with DDR and I don’t think it would have been completed as well as it was without Nate. We are truly thankful that we found them and they worked so great with us to accomplish this goal!Posted on Google

Roger Rennekamp11 October 2026We couldn’t be more pleased with the 400 square foot addition to our home. In addition to a family room, we also added a 50 square foot half bath. The overall design was excellent and incorporated all of the features we wanted in the addition. The finished project looked like it was part of the original house. The brick and Hardie plank were a perfect match. All of the contractors did high quality work (concrete, brick, framing, drywall, finishing carpentry, roofing, gutters, HVAC, plumbing). Our project manager, Kyle Quillin, was knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to work with. His diligence and attention to detail ensured the project was completed on time. I highly recommend DDR.Posted on Google
Missy Peel8 October 2026We are absolutely loving our new sunroom and deck. The craftsmanship was impeccable, all the workers professional and respectful. Trudy, the project manager, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the process. And they were done in half the time we expected. Would highly recommend their services. Ask for Trudy Poveda!Posted on Google
Pam Guedel6 October 2026Kyle is more than a five in my opinion. He was our go to person with our questions. He was always respectful and answered our questions in a timely manner. He also kept us informed if there was a delay or if any problems occurred. Thankfully everything went smoothly and the rebuild of the deck was finished on time. We are extremely pleased with Kyle’s work ethic. I know he is a valuable member of your team. Because of Kyle and all your team I will recommend Distinctive Design to others.Posted on Google
Bob Peck3 October 2026We had DDR cover a 20' x 12' section of our deck. We were expecting a 4-6 week build but it was done in 10 days. Dallas was a great job foreman and was on site routinely as the various teams did there jobs. Job cleanup was very good and all workers were very pleasant to work with.. Pricing was within our budget. I highly recommend DDR for your remodeling needs.Posted on Google
Troy Wicklund23 September 2026Just like any construction job, there are always ups and downs, but Kyle project manager did take care of them and I am happy with the resultsPosted on Google
colin heenan23 September 2026We used Distinctive Design for a pretty substantial addition to our home, adding roughly 700 square feet that included a new family room, guest room/office, guest bathroom and covered back porch. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and felt the pricing was fair for the scope of the project. We were especially impressed with the timeline and how quick it went from start of demo to final inspection. There were very few days throughout the entire project when some type of work wasn’t happening, and things consistently felt like they were moving forward. Nate, our project manager, was a huge part of our positive experience. He was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and very good at troubleshooting the unexpected things that inevitably come up with a project like this. We never felt like we had to chase him down, and when something needed to be addressed, he was quick to step in and help get it resolved. We also had a great experience with the majority of the crews and subcontractors. They were professional, friendly and easy to have around our home. The plumbing subcontractor was the one exception for us. We had some issues with attention to detail that required work to be redone, and their communication and scheduling could have been much better. Once we made Nate aware of our concerns, he addressed them immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated that and felt like it spoke to how invested he was in our project. No construction project of this size is going to go completely perfectly, but overall we were very pleased with both the experience and the finished addition. We would absolutely use Distinctive Design again and would recommend them to family and friends!Posted on Google
Nancy Garth17 September 2026I would recommend DDR for your projects. This is the Third project in 6 years (a deck covering 16 X 22, enclose the deck covering to make a all season sunroom 19 X 19, install side deck covering) The process went well from drafting up the floor plans to agreeing on a price. From start to finish on each of the jobs they cleaned up the job site. The project manager will keep you updated on each stage of the project. Two of my friend liked how our areas turned out that they had DDR do projects at their home and were very satisfied. If you need a project done, I would definitely recommend you call DDR to design and complete your project.Posted on Google
Pamela Lunsford13 September 2026Distinctive Design Remodeling is an extremely professional design company. From our first interaction with Kevin, who listened to our vision of a covered patio space, to working with our project manager, Dallas, who was on-site nearly every day, we had a great experience. Their construction crews went to work daily and completed the task at hand even if it meant working 10 hour days in the heat. Dallas kept us informed of next steps in the process and we were amazed at their efficiency in getting the project completed so quickly. Our building and electrical inspections passed with a score of 100%. We wish we had done this years ago! We now have a wonderful additional living space that we will enjoy for years to come. Well done, DDR! We are so pleased.Posted on Google
David May10 September 2026We had a new 14’x20’ covered back patio installed from DDR. We had a great experience from the initial quoting visit all the way through until the project was completed. Trudy was our project manager and did a great job coordinating and keeping us updated with our project timeline including material deliveries and contractor management. The entire project was completed in less than 2 weeks once started! Our family will enjoy this nice addition for many years to come!Posted on Google
Tina Walker4 September 2026Got a front porch added on and absolutely love it. Working with Distinctive Design was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and they will be my first call on my next project.Posted on Google
Latavia Gadberry30 August 2026Brandee was always upbeat and honest about our timelines, and any issues that were brought to her attention were quickly resolved. Rusty Cook22 August 2026Overall great experience working with the team on our project. The addition of the covering over our desk is exactly how we wanted and are enjoying enjoying being able to use our deck anytime of the day. The look turned out exactly how we expected it to look.Posted on Google
Danny Luckett16 August 2026Really good experience with Nate, our project manager. He was very good at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop with the timeline of our project. He was very personable and timely at responding back to us if we had any questions or concerns. The various work crews that DDR used for our project were all very hard working, efficient and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience with them completing our project. This is a project that we had been waiting to do for years and to see it come to fruition and be more than thrilled with our finished product makes us wish we had done it much sooner! Big shout out to Nate and all of his work teams that enabled our project to become a reality!Posted on Google
Austin Kucera13 August 2026We had a fantastic experience with Distinctive Design Remodeling from start to finish! The entire process was easy, professional, and honestly better than we could have hoped for. From our very first meeting with Jesse, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to meet with my wife and me, walk through our options, and help us come up with a design that was exactly what we were looking for. We also really appreciated Jesse working with us to get our project into their already busy schedule. Once the project got underway, we couldn’t have asked for a better project manager than Leroy. From his first visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We did experience some delays due to weather, which was completely outside of their control, but whenever Leroy and his team were able to be on site, they were fast, efficient, and did excellent work. The finished product truly exceeded our expectations. They took our vision and created the covered patio of our dreams, and we’re already looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends for many years to come. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Distinctive Design Remodeling to anyone considering their next home project. A huge thank you to Jesse, Leroy, and the entire team for making our vision a reality!Posted on Google
Glenda Kenton5 August 2026We added a carport to our house. Trudy was great to work with. She kept us updated on what was going on and what would be next. All of the crews were very nice as well. They were very mindful of cleaning up each day as well. At the end, they thoroughly cleaned up the site. I would recommend them.Posted on Google
Heather Schuerman27 July 2026Distinctive Design Remodeling did an incredible job start to finish with our covered patio! From the initial personalized in-home consultation to the end result, we could not have been more pleased. They took care of all the permits, communicated with us and our HOA to secure all plans, and ensured we were involved every step of the way! It’s perfect! Highly recommend!Posted on Google
lwhayne22 July 2026I am very pleased with the quality of the work done by Distinctive Design Remodeling and highly recommend them. My project manager, Leroy C, has done an excellent job of overseeing the project, ensuring the work was done on schedule, and done correctly. He was available to answer questions and kept me informed of the whole process.Posted on Google
Pat Frary14 July 2026DDR completed my basement finishing. They did a beautiful job from start to finish. I was always well informed every step of the project. The work was completed ahead of schedule. I could not be any happier with their work from start to finishPosted on Google
Noah Curtis10 July 2026I am very pleased with the both the results and the process of my garage project with DDR. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Nate, our project manager, kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and always followed through on what they said they would do. I was very happy that we had Nate as our PM for the project. There was never a second of doubt during the process. I have had experiences with contractors in the past not communicating well and having major delays. I did not feel this way with DDR, any time something came up I was promptly informed and felt well taken care of. We had the previous structure demolished and rebuilt from the ground up, the entire process took about 7 weeks and honestly, it would have been faster had weather not gotten in the way. I was expecting it to take way longer. I highly recommend DDR if you want someone to build a garage quickly, with care and excellent communication!Posted on Google
Disappointed9 July 2026Nathan, the project manager, was always doing above and beyond his requirements. The contractors DDR uses seems to be very accomplished. I would recommend DDR to anyone seeking home improvement.Load more
